1. Service Description

Web Hosting provides Australian-based hosting for websites and web applications. Powered by the Jetrails platform for performance and security.

2. Hosting Features

  • Control Panel: cPanel for easy website and email management.
  • Storage: NVMe SSD storage for fast performance.
  • Bandwidth: Generous bandwidth allocations with Australian-optimized routing.
  • Email: Business email with spam filtering, webmail, and IMAP/POP3 support.
  • Databases: MySQL/MariaDB databases with phpMyAdmin access.
  • SSL: Free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates, or bring your own.

3. Performance & Security

3.1. CDN: Optional Cloudflare integration for global performance.

3.2. Caching: Server-side caching for WordPress and common CMS platforms.

3.3. Security: Web Application Firewall (WAF), malware scanning, and DDoS protection included.

3.4. Backups: Daily automated backups retained for 14 days.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Target Availability: 99.9% uptime guarantee.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Performed during off-peak hours (typically 2am-6am AEST).

Rebates: If we fail to meet our uptime guarantee, you are entitled to a pro-rata credit for the affected period.

Note: Uptime excludes scheduled maintenance, issues caused by your code, or DDoS attacks targeting your site specifically.

5. Resource Limits

5.1. Fair Use: Hosting plans are subject to fair use policies. Sustained high CPU or memory usage may require a plan upgrade.

5.2. Inodes: File count limits apply. Typical limits are 100,000-500,000 files depending on plan.

5.3. Email Sending: Outbound email limits apply to prevent abuse. Transactional email services recommended for high-volume sending.

6. Billing

6.1. Monthly/Annual: Choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans include a discount.

6.2. Renewals: Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6.3. Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee for new accounts.

7. Migrations

7.1. Free Migration: We offer free migration from your existing host for new accounts (subject to complexity).

7.2. Timeframe: Most migrations completed within 24-48 hours.

7.3. DNS: You are responsible for updating DNS records to point to our servers after migration.
