1. Service Description
Reseller Hosting is our white-label hosting platform for MSPs, web agencies, and IT providers who want to offer hosting services under their own brand.
2. Platform Features
- Control Panel: cPanel/WHM with full root access to your reseller account.
- White-Label: Custom nameservers, branded login pages, and no mention of The IT Dept.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate disk space, bandwidth, and accounts to your clients as you see fit.
- Email: Unlimited email accounts with spam filtering and webmail.
- Databases: MySQL/MariaDB with phpMyAdmin.
- SSL: Free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates for all domains.
3. Infrastructure
3.1. Servers: Australian-based servers in Tier 3+ data centres.
3.2. Storage: NVMe SSD storage with RAID protection.
3.3. Network: Multi-homed connectivity with DDoS protection.
3.4. Backups: Daily automated backups retained for 7 days. Weekly backups retained for 4 weeks.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Target Availability: 99.9% uptime guarantee.
- Scheduled Maintenance: Performed during off-peak hours with 48 hours notice where possible.
Rebates: If we miss our uptime target, we will credit your account on a pro-rata basis for the affected period.
Note: Outages caused by your code, DDoS attacks on your clients, or force majeure are excluded.
5. Billing & Limits
5.1. Plans: Reseller plans are based on total disk space and bandwidth allocation.
5.2. Overages: If you exceed your plan limits, we'll notify you and work with you to upgrade or optimize.
5.3. Payment: Monthly in advance. Annual plans receive a discount.
6. Support
6.1. Your Responsibility: You provide Level 1 support to your end clients.
6.2. Our Responsibility: We provide Level 2/3 support to you for platform and infrastructure issues.
6.3. Escalation: Submit tickets via the portal. Critical infrastructure issues are prioritized.
7. Acceptable Use
All hosting accounts are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). You are responsible for ensuring your clients comply with the AUP.
