How fast can you provision?

For On-Net data centre cross-connects, we can typically provision within 24-48 hours. VLLs via Megaport are usually instant once the order is approved.

Do you offer trial periods?

Yes. For IP Transit and VoIP services, we offer a 7-day testing period for verified businesses to validate routing paths and latency performance.

Where are your engineers located?

Our NOC is 100% Australian based. We do not outsource Level 1 or 2 support. When you call, you speak to a local engineer.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are Net 14 days. We accept EFT and Direct Debit. Credit card payments are available via the portal (surcharge applies).

Can you handle custom BGP config?

Absolutely. We support full BGP community tagging, ROA validation, and custom route filtering to suit your specific traffic engineering needs.

Is there a setup fee?

Most 36-month contracts have $0 setup. For shorter terms or specific complex builds, a one-off provisioning fee may apply.
