1. Service Description

Business Internet provides dedicated, high-performance internet connectivity for businesses. This includes NBN Enterprise, Private WANs, SD-WAN solutions, and dedicated fibre services.


2. Service Types

2.1. NBN Enterprise: Business-grade NBN with priority support and static IP addressing.

2.2. Dedicated Fibre: Point-to-point fibre connections with guaranteed symmetric bandwidth.

2.3. Private WAN: MPLS or SD-WAN connectivity between multiple business sites.

2.4. Failover Solutions: 4G/5G backup with automatic failover.


3. Technical Specifications

  • IP Addressing: Static IPv4 included. Additional IPs and IPv6 available on request.
  • DNS: Managed DNS with failover and GeoDNS options.
  • Routing: BGP available for customers requiring multi-homing or their own ASN.
  • QoS: Traffic prioritization for voice and critical applications.

Fault Response:

  • Critical (Total Outage): Response within 1 hour, resolution target 4 hours.
  • Major (Degraded Service): Response within 2 hours, resolution target 8 hours.
  • Minor (Non-Critical): Response within 4 hours, resolution target 24 hours.

Note: Resolution times depend on third-party carrier involvement for last-mile issues.


5. Installation

5.1. Site Survey: We assess your premises for the best connectivity options.

5.2. Lead Times: NBN typically 5-10 business days. Dedicated fibre 30-90 days depending on build requirements.

5.3. Installation Fee: May apply depending on service type and contract term.


6. Billing

6.1. Monthly Billing: Services are billed monthly in advance.

6.2. Contract Terms: Month-to-month or 12/24/36-month terms. Longer terms may reduce monthly costs.

6.3. Early Termination: If you terminate early, remaining contract value may be payable.


7. Equipment

7.1. Supplied Equipment: Routers and modems supplied remain our property unless purchased outright.

7.2. Customer Equipment: You may use your own equipment if it meets our technical requirements.

7.3. Returns: Equipment must be returned within 14 days of service cancellation or replacement charges apply.
