1. Service Description
Enterprise Voice covers our VoIP products: SIP Trunks (for your own PBX) and Hosted PBX (our cloud phone system).
2. Products
2.1. SIP Trunks:
- Connects your on-premise PBX (3CX, Asterisk, etc.) to the PSTN.
- Cost: $3.00 per channel/month (ex GST).
- Minimum: 2 Channels.
- Codecs: G.711a (PCMA), G.729.
2.2. Hosted PBX:
- A fully managed cloud phone system.
- Includes extensions, IVR, voicemail-to-email, and hunt groups.
- Plans: 2 to 64+ channels available.
3. Call Rates
We bill per second. No flagfall.

4. Emergency Calls (000)
IMPORTANT: VoIP services depend on electricity and internet. If your power or internet goes out, you cannot call 000.
- You must keep your address details updated with us so emergency services know where to send help.
- We recommend having a mobile phone backup.
5. Fraud & Security
5.1. Your Responsibility: You are responsible for securing your phone system. If hackers gain access and make calls, you are liable for the charges.
5.2. Our Protection: We monitor for suspicious patterns (like 100 calls to Ascension Island at 3am) and may block your service to protect you.
5.3. Liability Limit: We recommend setting a daily spend limit on your account.
6. Number Porting
6.1. Porting In: We can bring your existing numbers over.
- Cat A (Simple): Usually takes 5-10 business days.
- Cat C (Complex): Can take 4-6 weeks.
6.2. Porting Out: You can take your numbers with you if you leave. You must keep the service active until the port is complete.
