1. Service Description
Domain Registration & Management allows you to register, transfer, and manage domain names through our platform.
2. Supported TLDs
We support registration of:
- Australian: .au, .com.au, .net.au, .org.au, .id.au, .asn.au
- Generic: .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz
- New gTLDs: .io, .co, .tech, .app, .dev, and many more

3. Registration Requirements
3.1. .au Domains: You must meet auDA eligibility requirements (ABN/ACN for .com.au, Australian presence for .au).
3.2. Accurate WHOIS: You must provide accurate registrant contact information as required by ICANN and registry policies.
3.3. Verification: Some TLDs require email verification within 15 days or the domain may be suspended.
4. DNS Management
4.1. Nameservers: Use our nameservers or point to your own.
4.2. DNS Records: Full control over A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV, and other record types.
4.3. Propagation: DNS changes typically propagate within 24-48 hours globally.
5. Transfers
5.1. Transfer In: We can transfer domains from other registrars. You'll need the EPP/Auth code from your current registrar.
5.2. Transfer Out: You can transfer domains away at any time. We do not charge transfer-out fees.
5.3. Lock Status: Domains are locked by default to prevent unauthorized transfers. Unlock via the portal when needed.
6. Renewals & Expiry
6.1. Auto-Renew: Domains are set to auto-renew by default. Disable this in the portal if you don't want automatic renewal.
6.2. Expiry Notices: We send reminder emails at 60, 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry.
6.3. Grace Period: Most TLDs have a 30-day grace period after expiry where you can still renew at standard rates.
6.4. Redemption: After the grace period, domains enter redemption. Recovery fees apply and are significantly higher.
7. Privacy & Security
7.1. WHOIS Privacy: Free WHOIS privacy protection available for supported TLDs (not available for .au domains due to auDA rules).
7.2. DNSSEC: We support DNSSEC for enhanced security. Enable via the portal.
7.3. Two-Factor: We recommend enabling 2FA on your account to protect your domains.

8.1. Registration: Prices vary by TLD. Check our website for current pricing.
8.2. Renewals: Renewal prices may differ from registration prices.
8.3. Premium Domains: Some domains are classified as premium by the registry and carry higher fees.
