Cat6/6A runs, fibre, patch panels, cable management. New installs or fixing someone else's mess.
Network Deployment
Switches, access points, firewalls, routers. Configured, mounted, tested, documented.
Hardware Support
Server installs, drive swaps, memory upgrades, component replacements. Break-fix or scheduled.
Site Surveys & Planning
New office fitouts, DC migrations, network audits. We scope it before anyone picks up a screwdriver.
Ongoing Management
Scheduled maintenance, monitoring response, periodic site visits. Your remote hands when you need them.

What's the minimum job size?
No strict minimum. We'll quote anything from a single site visit to multi-day projects. Small jobs may have a minimum call-out fee depending on location.
Do you work after hours?
Yes. A lot of DC and office work needs to happen outside business hours. After-hours rates apply but we don't gouge—it's a standard uplift.
What about emergency work?
We can usually respond same-day for urgent issues in our coverage area. Call the NOC, explain the situation, and we'll see what we can do.
Travel charges outside Sydney?
Central Coast and Newcastle are part of our standard coverage—no travel surcharge. For locations further out, we'll quote travel time separately.
What tools do you bring?
Full toolkit for rack work, cabling, and basic hardware. Crimpers, testers, label makers, laptop for config. Specialist equipment confirmed upfront.
Can you work at NBN POIs?
Yes. We can perform work at NBN Points of Interconnect if you need hands at a specific exchange or facility. Access requirements vary by site.
