Wholesale NBN allows you to become your own ISP. We aggregate NBN traffic from all over Australia and deliver it to you via a single high-speed handoff.
2. Architecture
- Powered By: Leaptel Aggregation Network.
- Delivery: Layer 2 Ethernet (QinQ).
- NNI Locations: NextDC S1, Equinix Sydney.
- Virtual NNI: Available via Megaport, EdgeIX, or IAA.
- VLAN Structure:
- S-VLAN: Your service trunk.
- C-VLAN: Individual customer services (1:1 mapping).
3. Plans & Speeds
We offer all standard NBN traffic classes.

4. Responsibilities
4.1. Us:
- Provisioning the NBN AVC (Access Virtual Circuit).
- Managing the backhaul to your NNI.
- Providing the JSON API for ordering and diagnostics.
4.2. You:
- Managing the end-user (billing, support).
- Providing the router/modem (CPE).
- Handling IP addressing (PPPoE/IPoE) and internet access.
5. CVC & Bandwidth
Our pricing includes CVC (Connectivity Virtual Circuit). We manage the bandwidth capacity with NBN Co to ensure your users don't suffer from congestion during peak times. We aim for a contention ratio that supports full speed during evenings.
