3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We mean business.

- Packet Loss: < 0.1%.
- Latency: < 2ms intra-metro.
Rebates: If we miss our uptime target, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable outcome.
Note: Outages caused by fibre cuts, force majeure, or your own equipment don't count.
4. Billing
4.1. Flat Rate: You pay for a fixed port speed (e.g., 1Gbps flat). You can use it 24/7.
4.2. 95th Percentile (Burstable):
- We measure your traffic every 5 minutes.
- At the end of the month, we discard the top 5% of samples (the highest peaks).
- You are billed based on the highest remaining sample (the 95th percentile).
- This allows you to burst to full port speed for short periods without paying for a full port.
5. BGP & Security
5.1. BGP Communities: We support standard and extended communities for traffic engineering (prepending, local-pref).
5.2. DDoS Protection: Basic volumetric DDoS scrubbing is included. We filter attack traffic upstream so your pipe doesn't get saturated.
5.3. RPKI: We validate Route Origin Authorizations (ROA) to prevent route hijacking.
